Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love, love, love Turquoise Tumbleweed! If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase — with prior store approval.​
Return Guidelines
If you're returning something for exchange or store credit:

Items must be shipped in a box to prevent damage during transit.

Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for exchange or credit.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — just reach out within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a cancellation.
